Daily Mail Article on Pilates

Yesterday an article appeared in the Daily Mail newspaper. The title was of course inflammatory and designed to make people read, especially the millions of people who regularly do Pilates. However, as I read the article I was inclined to agree with their sentiment, and was pleased to see an excellent shout out for the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institue). I attended another great Pilates course on the weekend and this has led me to write this short blog about the history and origin of Pilates.
