Another fabulous marathon came to an end yesterday with the rain holding out until 4pm! The physiotherapists were out in force helping those with cramps, sore knees, ankles, back pain and lots of other injuries. Last year I participated in one of the hardest working days of my life - physio'ing for the London Marathon! After a de-brief myself and a colleague walked from the tube station on the Isle of Dogs to Mile Post 17.
