Feeding Your Baby and Looking After Your Body

Posted by Rebecca Bennett on Monday, February 20, 2012,

This week we have another guest blogger, Eilish Saba who runs ‘The Baby Care Company’. Eilish has met many new mums who have been successful in their careers, but who became unstuck in those early weeks with their baby. Upset stomach? Nerves? Nausea? No, it was a flare-up of cystitis.

Cyst...

The ‘Female Athlete Triad’ is a recognised syndrome that has a predisposition to affect female athletes. It consists of three inter-related disorders; osteoporosis, disordered eating and menstrual disruption (Birch 2005). They link through not eating properly whilst over exercising.
