Boy, did I have a hard time with this book Angela was really struggling to stay on the right path, which I appreciated, but I really hated Ben as a hero He was such a judgemental prick, and he embodied everything I hate about practicing Christianity in a group To me, the author tried to redeem him in the end, but his actions in the beginning of the book were just too much for me to be able to forgive him for He just overshadowed the rest of the book, and made it an unenjoyable read.

  2. Amanda West Amanda West says:

Great sequel to Dear John This is not the continued story of Phillip and Marin from Dear John but the characters make an appearance I finished this delightful read in a couple hours on a lazy Saturday morning I enjoyed the underlying story of forgiveness and moving forward from past wrongs and hurts.

  3. Phylisha Stone Phylisha Stone says:

A wealthy young woman gets caught up drugs and ends up in rehab With parents who are caught up community service and fund raising, she leaves rehab for a community volunteer placement with young handicapped adults Her supervisor has his doubts about her because his cousin was involved in drugs and overdosed he is wheelchair bound This is a well told story about the dangers of allowing other people influence your choices.

  4. April Suter April Suter says:

Book 3 in Kansas WeddingsCarrie s friend, Angela, just spent 8 weeks in rehab where she found Jesus as her Savior It is a tough road to forget your old friends and start anew without telling everyone why she is working at New Beginnings, especially to the handsome Ben.
