A pretty good informational book, but it is oddly written There is not nearly as much about the prehistory stuff as I would have liked with muchof a focus on recent events with the civil war history and the carving And it ends very oddly not with a conclusion but just kind ofstopping With a chapter about hawks No summation, just goes from hawks into the chapter containing all the footnote information Leaves you feeling a little off But otherwise a decent historical attempt.
