    I found the characters and the settings of the books really good Right from the beginning of the book I realised that Hemmingway was not soft origins hearted, from the reference at the beginning of the book where he looked cross and Hadley knew to back away at that time Hadley felt inferior throughout and I did become furious with the un feeling charactor of Ernest in th way that he took little responsibility for Bumble I felt sweet revenge when Hadley gave the ultimatum of not seeing Paulen I found the characters and the settings of the books really good Right from the beginning of the book I realised that Hemmingway was not soft origins hearted, from the reference at the beginning of the book where he looked cross and Hadley knew to back away at that time Hadley felt inferior throughout and I did become furious with the un feeling charactor of Ernest in th way that he took little responsibility for Bumble I felt sweet revenge when Hadley gave the ultimatum of not seeing Paulene for 100 nights and days, and even then Ernrst was un feeling by pittying Paulene with no regard to Hadley I did find the ending o the book very sad and indeed was balling my eyes out at the end Sort of want to readabout Hemming way but certainly get the gist of his troubled life

    I didn t know the backstory on this part of Hemingway s life, so I found it very interesting Written well, though it s a bit hard for me to stomach historical fiction SooI picked up A moveable feast, Hemingway s memoir of the same time period Just giving it a little time before I read that one.
